Design fees are influenced by project specifics and complexity. Each venture presents unique challenges, leading to varied costs. 2. Design content
Before commencing any design work, it is imperative to discuss and finalize the design content. No alterations are allowed post-initiation, though amendments necessitate a negotiation on fees with our customer service. To avoid inaccuracies, please ensure all design-related materials are correct and complete, as we cannot offer complimentary corrections for errors stemming from inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receipt of the design plan, clients are advised to confirm it with care. Post-final submission, the designer is not obligated to modify or redesign; however, minor adjustments are complimentary within one month, based on complexity. For more challenging revisions, a certain fee will be applicable.
4. Design refund
Customized design services do not qualify for a seven-day return policy without reason. Refunds are not available post-confirmation of receipt of all drawings or source files. However, negotiations or refunds can be considered prior to confirmation.
Once the source document is received, customers should safeguard it diligently, as our company holds no obligation to retain it.
