1. Design cost
Design fees are subject to variation due to differing project requirements and complexities. We promise to provide a fair and tailored quotation based on your specific needs. Please note, the estimated costs may differ from the actual project quotation.
2. Design content
Ensure you communicate the necessary design details before commencing a project. Once design work begins, changes are not allowed. Should alterations be needed mid-design, please reach out to customer service for a fee negotiation. Providing accurate, comprehensive design-related materials is crucial, as errors stemming from incorrect or incomplete information will not be corrected free of charge.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, please review it thoroughly. After the final design submission, the designer is not obliged to make modifications or redesigns. However, minor free adjustments may be made within one month, depending on complexity. Complex changes may incur additional fees.
4. Design refund
As design works constitute customized services, they are not eligible for return under a seven-day, no-reason policy. Refunds are not available after confirmation of receipt of all drawings or source documents. Prior to confirmation, clients may negotiate or seek refunds.
Upon receipt of the source documents, customers must store them securely, as our company does not retain a copy. Every project reflects the designer's dedication, often requiring late nights and extra effort. We appreciate your understanding of these efforts!
