To ensure a smooth design process, please communicate all design needs prior to commencement. Note, changes are not possible once design work starts. Should you wish to alter the design during the process, contact customer service for fee negotiation. Precise design-related materials are essential; we do not offer free corrections for errors from incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Design adjustment
Carefully review the design plan upon receipt. Post-finalization, designers are not obligated to modify or redesign, though minor adjustments are free within one month based on complexity. Charges apply for specific complex changes.
4. Design refund
As custom-designed works, our design services do not qualify for a seven-day unconditional return policy. Refunds are negotiable prior to confirmed receipt of goods, but not post-receipt of all drawings or source documents.
