The design fee is subject to variation depending on the specific requirements and complexity of each project. We commit to providing a reasonable quotation tailored to your needs, acknowledging that the product price may differ from the actual project quotation.
2. Design content
It is crucial to communicate the design requirements clearly before commencing the project. Once the design work begins, changes cannot be made without consultation. Should there be a need to alter the design, please contact our customer service to negotiate the fee. Accurate information is vital as we will not provide free corrections for errors stemming from incorrect or incomplete details.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, please finalize it with care. Post submission, the designer's duty to modify or redesign ceases, though free fine-tuning is available within one month, contingent on complexity. Fees apply for more challenging adjustments.
4. Design refund
Our design works are bespoke services and are not eligible for a seven-day no-reason return policy. Customers may negotiate or seek refunds before confirming receipt of goods but cannot accept refunds once all drawings or source documents are confirmed received.
