Ensure all necessary design details are communicated prior to project initiation, as changes are not allowed once design work commences. Accurate and complete design-related materials are essential, as we do not provide free corrections for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Design Adjustments
Upon receiving the design plan, please review it carefully. Post-finalization, designers are not obligated to make modifications. However, free fine-tuning is available within one month, depending on difficulty. Complex modifications will incur additional charges.
4. Design Refund Policy
Design services are customized; therefore, a seven-day unconditional return is not supported. Refunds are not accepted once all drawings or source documents are confirmed received by the customer. Refunds or negotiations can occur before receipt confirmation.
