3. Design Adjustment Policies
Upon receiving the design plan, we urge you to review it meticulously. Post-final submission, designers are not obligated to alter the design but offer free fine-tuning for a month, subject to complexity. Some modifications may incur additional costs.
4. Design Refund Terms
Due to the bespoke nature of design services, we do not support returns without cause within seven days. Following the acknowledgment of receipt of all drawings or source files, refunds are not accepted. However, negotiations or refunds can occur prior to confirmation of receipt.
