2. Design Content
Please ensure thorough communication of the design requirements prior to commencement. Once the design process starts, changes are not permitted. Accurate and complete design-related materials must be provided, as we do not offer free corrections for errors stemming from incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receipt of the design plan, the buyer should carefully review it. Once the final design is submitted, the designer is not obligated to modify or redesign it. However, within one month, minor adjustments may be offered free of charge based on difficulty. More complex alterations will incur a fee.
4. Design Refund
As design works represent customized services, they are not eligible for a seven-day unconditional return policy. Refunds are not accepted once all drawings or source documents are confirmed as received, though negotiation or refunds can occur prior to confirmation.
