Before commencing any design work, please ensure clear communication of all necessary design content, as changes are not permitted once the design process begins. If alterations are required during the design phase, contact customer service for a fee negotiation. Accurate design-related materials are imperative, as errors from incorrect or incomplete information will not qualify for free corrections.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, please review and finalize it diligently. Post-submission, designers are under no obligation to modify or redesign, though free fine-tuning is available within one month depending on difficulty. Complex adjustments may incur additional charges.
4. Design Refund
As design works are bespoke services, we do not support a seven-day no-reason return policy. Refunds are not accepted once the customer confirms receipt of all drawings or source documents, but negotiation or refunds may occur before final confirmation.
