2. Design Content
Ensure to communicate all necessary design content before the design process begins, as post-commencement alterations are not allowed. For any changes during the design process, please contact customer service for fee negotiations. Accurate design-related materials are essential, as errors from incorrect or incomplete information will not qualify for free corrections.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, buyers should finalize it with care. Once the final design is submitted, the designer is under no obligation to modify or redesign, but can offer free fine-tunes within one month, subject to difficulty level. Fees apply for significant modifications.
4. Design Refund
Design works are bespoke services, thus a seven-day no-questions-asked return is unavailable. Refunds are not accepted post-confirmation of receipt of all drawings or source documents. However, negotiation or refund is possible before product receipt confirmation.
