1. Design cost
Regarding design fees, each project varies in scope and complexity, leading to differing costs. Rest assured, we provide a reasonable and tailored quotation according to your specific requirements. Please note, the final price of the product may differ from the initial project quotation.
2. Design content
Ensure all necessary design content is communicated before commencing the project. Post-commencement changes are not allowed without prior consultation with customer service and may incur additional fees. Kindly provide accurate design-related materials, as we do not offer free corrections for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receipt of the design plan, please review and finalize it thoroughly. Post-final submission, the designer is under no obligation for major modifications or redesigns but may offer minor fine-tuning for free within one month, depending on difficulty. Significant changes may attract additional charges.
4. Design refund
Design works are bespoke services and are not eligible for a seven-day no-reason return policy. Refunds are not accepted once all drawings or source documents are confirmed received, but can be negotiated or processed prior to receipt confirmation.
Once you receive the source document, please ensure its safekeeping as our company does not maintain copies. Each project represents the designer's dedicated effort, often involving late nights and overtime work, so your understanding is appreciated!
