Design fees vary based on the specific requirements and complexity of each project. We will provide a reasonable quotation tailored to your project's needs. Note that the product price may differ from the final project quotation.
2. Design Content
Please communicate all design requirements clearly before starting. Once the design process begins, changes are not allowed without contacting customer service for a fee adjustment. Ensure the accuracy of provided design materials, as errors from incorrect information will not be corrected free of charge.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, review it thoroughly before finalizing. Designers will not modify or redesign after submission, but minor adjustments can be made for free within one month, depending on difficulty. Major modifications will incur additional fees.
4. Design Refund
Design services are customized and are not eligible for a seven-day return policy. Refunds are not available after confirming receipt of all drawings or source documents. Negotiations for refunds should occur before confirming receipt.
Once the source document is received, customers should keep it properly. Our company does not retain source documents. Each design represents the exhaustive effort of our designers, who often work late hours. We appreciate your understanding!
