1. Design cost
Regarding the design fee, each project is unique, with varying requirements and degrees of difficulty. Therefore, costs differ accordingly. We promise a fair and reasonable quotation aligned with your project's specifics, although the product price may slightly vary from your final project quotation.
2. Design content
Before commencing design work, it's essential to thoroughly discuss the content that needs designing. Once the design process starts, changes to the project are not allowed. For alterations during the design phase, please contact our customer service to discuss additional fees. We urge you to provide precise design-related materials, as we are not liable for errors due to inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, the buyer should carefully review and finalize it. Post-submission, designers are not obligated to modify or redesign, although they can perform minor adjustments free of charge within a month, based on complexity. However, complex modifications will incur additional fees.
4. Design refund
Design projects are custom services; therefore, they are not eligible for a seven-day no-reason return. Refunds are only negotiable before the customer confirms receipt of all drawings or source documents. Once confirmed, no refunds are processed.
After receiving the source documents, customers must ensure their safekeeping, as our company is not responsible for retaining them. Each project reflects the designer's dedication, often involving late nights and overtime, and we appreciate your understanding!
