Be sure to discuss all design requirements before commencing the project, as changes are not permissible once the design process begins. Should adjustments be necessary during design, engage with customer service for fee negotiation. Please supply accurate design-related materials; inaccuracies may incur additional costs as we do not offer free revisions for such errors.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, please review it meticulously. Following the submission of the final design, our designers are not obliged to modify or redesign, although minor adjustments can be made free of charge within one month, depending on complexity. 4. Design Refund
Due to the customized nature of our design services, we do not support returns within seven days without a reason. Refunds are not accepted once the customer confirms receipt of all drawings or source documents, though negotiation or refunds can occur prior to this confirmation.
