1. Design cost
Regarding the design fee, it is important to note that each project's specifics and requirements vary greatly, leading to significant differences in design complexity. We offer a reasonable quotation tailored to your needs, while reminding you that the quoted price might differ from the actual project costs.
2. Design content
Please ensure that you communicate all necessary design content before the project commences. Once the design process begins, changes cannot be made. Should you need to alter the design content, kindly contact our customer service to negotiate any additional fees. Providing precise design-related materials is crucial, as any errors due to inaccurate or incomplete information will not qualify for free corrections.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, please review it thoroughly before finalizing. After submitting the final design, the designer is not obligated to modify or redesign it. However, minor adjustments can be made free of charge within one month, depending on the complexity. More challenging modifications will incur a fee.
4. Design refund
Due to the customized nature of design works, we do not support returns without reason within seven days. Once the customer confirms receipt of all drawings or source documents, refunds are not accepted. However, discussions or refunds can occur before the confirmation of goods receipt.
After receiving the source document, customers are advised to store it properly, as our company is not responsible for its safekeeping. Each work reflects the designer's dedication and late-night efforts. We appreciate your understanding!
