1. Cost of Design
Design fees are inherently variable, with each project presenting unique situations and requirements. Given this variability, we provide customized and reasonable quotations based on your specific needs. Please note that the presented price might differ from the actual project quote due to these conditions.
2. Content of Design
Prior to commencing the design process, it is crucial to communicate the precise content that requires design. Once the design phase begins, modifications are generally not feasible. Should alterations be necessary, please coordinate with customer service to discuss potential fee adjustments. Accurate design-related information is essential, as we cannot provide complimentary corrections for errors stemming from inaccurate or incomplete data.
3. Adjustments to the Design
Upon receipt of the design plan, carefully review and finalize it. Post submission of the final design, the designer is not obligated to make modifications or redesigns. However, minor adjustments are offered at no charge within one month based on difficulty. For more complex changes, a nominal fee will apply.
4. Design Refund Policy
As customized works, our design services do not qualify for a seven-day unconditional return policy. Once the customer has received and confirmed all drawings or source documents, refunds are not permissible. Prior to acknowledgment of receipt, refund or negotiation options remain available.
After obtaining the source document, please ensure its safekeeping, as our company is not liable for the storage of these files. Remember, each design is a product of the designer's dedication and significant effort, often involving late hours and overtime, and we appreciate your understanding!
