2. Design Content
It is crucial to communicate the desired design content before the initiation of the project. Once the design process commences, modifications to the project are not permitted. If changes are necessary during the design process, please contact our customer service team to discuss potential fee adjustments. Provide accurate design-related materials, as errors stemming from incorrect or incomplete information will not be corrected free of charge.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receipt of the design plan, buyers are encouraged to carefully review and finalize it. Post-final submission, designers are not obligated to modify or redesign the project. However, minor adjustments can be made free of charge within a month, subject to the difficulty level. Complex modifications may incur additional charges.
4. Design Refund
Our design works are customized services and are not eligible for returns without reason within seven days. Refunds will not be issued after confirmation of receipt of all drawings or source documents. Prior to confirmation, negotiation or refunds can be arranged.
