2. Design Content
To ensure quality, please communicate your design requirements before beginning the project. Post-commencement, alterations to the design are not permitted. Should design changes be necessary, please liaise with our customer service to assess any additional fees. It's crucial to supply accurate design-related materials; we cannot offer free rectifications for errors stemming from incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receiving your design plan, kindly confirm the details with care. Once the final design is submitted, the designer is not obligated to make further changes. However, we offer free minor adjustments within one month, depending on complexity. More substantial modifications may incur additional charges.
4. Design Refund
Our design services are bespoke and thus not eligible for a seven-day unconditional return. Refunds or negotiations can occur only before confirming receipt of all deliverables. Once acknowledged, refunds are not entertained.
