Design fees vary based on the distinct requirements and complexity of each project. We provide a carefully considered quotation aligned with your specifications. Please note that the quoted price may differ from the actual project cost.
2. Design Content
Before commencing design, please communicate all necessary design elements clearly. Should you wish to alter the design content once design has begun, contact our customer service for fee negotiation. Accurate, complete design-related materials are essential to avoid error-induced charges as corrections are not offered free of charge.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receipt of the design plan, buyers must thoroughly review and finalize it. Post-finalization, our designers hold no obligation for modifications but will offer free minor adjustments within a month, based on difficulty level. Certain complex modifications will incur additional fees.
4. Design Refund
As our design works are a custom service, they are not eligible for a return without just cause within seven days. Refunds may be negotiated pre-confirmation of good receipt, but acceptance of all drawings or documents by the customer precludes refunds.
