Design fees are project-specific, reflecting the unique conditions and requirements of each project. To ensure a seamless design process, please communicate your design needs upfront. Once the design phase commences, changes are restricted. Should you require adjustments during the process, liaise with our customer service team for fee negotiations. Accurate design-related materials are crucial, as we do not offer free corrections for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, scrutiny is essential prior to finalization. Post-submission, designers are not obligated to modify or recreate the design. Complimentary fine-tuning is available within a month, based on difficulty, though complex adjustments incur a fee.
4. Design refund
Design services are bespoke and do not qualify for a seven-day unconditional return policy. Once customers confirm receipt of all drawings or source documents, refunds are not available, though negotiation or refunds may occur before confirmation of receipt.
Upon receipt of the source document, it is imperative to secure it properly, as the company is not responsible for archiving these documents.
