2. Content of Design
Clear communication is key before commencing design work. Please ensure all required content is expressed upfront, as modifications are restricted post-design commencement. Should changes be necessary during the process, liaise with our customer service to agree on any additional fees. Accurate supporting materials are crucial; we cannot provide free corrections for errors stemming from misinformation.
3. Adjustment of Design
Upon receipt of the design plan, we encourage you to review it diligently. Following the submission of the finalized design, amendments are largely outside the designer's scope of obligation. However, we offer complimentary fine-tuning within one month, subject to the complexity involved. Fees apply to substantial adjustments.
4. Refund Policy for Designs
Our design services are custom-tailored and consequently exempt from a seven-day return policy. Refunds are not entertained once all drawings or source documents have been accepted by the customer. Pre-confirmation negotiations or refunds are possible, while post-confirmation requests will not be accommodated.
