2. Design Content.
Ensure all design requirements are communicated before project commencement. Changes post-design initiation must be discussed with customer service to renegotiate fees. Accurate design-related materials are crucial as incorrect or incomplete information will not warrant free corrections.
3. Design Adjustment.
Upon receiving your design plan, please review and finalize it thoroughly. Post-submission, the designer is not obliged to make modifications. However, minor adjustments can be made free of charge within a month, based on difficulty levels. Complex modifications will incur additional fees.
4. Design Refund.
As custom design services, returns are not permissible within seven days without reason. Refunds are not accepted after you confirm receipt of all drawings or source materials. However, negotiation or refund is possible prior to confirmation of receipt.
