Design fees vary depending on the specifics and demands of each project, as well as the complexity of the design. We pledge to provide you with a fair and reasonable quotation based on your unique requirements, bearing in mind that the product's price may differ from the actual project quotation.
2. Scope of design content.
Ensure a thorough discussion of the design requirements before initiation. Once design commences, changes are not accommodated. Should there be a necessity for alterations during the process, prompt coordination with customer service is essential to discuss potential fee adjustments. Accurate design-related materials are crucial, as errors due to incorrect or incomplete information are not eligible for free corrections.
3. Design modifications and adjustments.
Upon receiving the design plan, buyers are encouraged to meticulously review and finalize the design. Post-finalization, designers are not obligated to modify or redesign, although complimentary fine-tuning is available for up to a month based on difficulty. More challenging modifications may incur additional charges.
4. Design refund policy.
Our bespoke design services do not qualify for a no-reason return within seven days. Customers may not seek refunds after confirming receipt of all drawings or source documents. However, negotiation or refund discussions are welcome before receipt confirmation.
After receiving the source document, customers are urged to maintain its safekeeping, as our responsibility to retain the document ceases. Each work represents the designer's dedication and effort, often involving late nights and overtime. Your understanding is deeply appreciated!
