3. Design Adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, customers are encouraged to review and finalize with care. Post final submission, designers are not obligated to modify or redesign the work. However, we offer complimentary fine-tuning for up to one month, depending on complexity. More intricate modifications may incur additional charges.
4. Design Refund
As our designs are custom services, they are exempt from the seven-days no-reason return policy. Refunds are not accepted after confirmation of receipt of all drawings or source documents. However, a negotiation or refund may occur before receipt confirmation.
