Design fees are contingent upon the specific needs and complexity of each project, resulting in varying costs. We commit to providing a fair quotation tailored to your requirements. Please note that the product price may differ from the actual quotation for your project.
2. Design content specifications
Before embarking on the design journey, it is essential to communicate the desired design content thoroughly, as changes post-commencement are not permitted. Any amendments during the design phase necessitate consultation with our customer service team for potential fee adjustments. Kindly ensure all design-related materials are accurate; we cannot offer free corrections for errors stemming from incomplete or incorrect information.
3. Design adjustment guidelines
Upon receipt of the design plan, buyers are encouraged to carefully finalize their decision. Following the submission of the final design, the designer is not obligated to make modifications or redesigns, though minor adjustments within a month are complimentary based on difficulty. Complex revisions will incur a fee.
4. Design refund policy
Our design works are bespoke services and therefore do not accommodate a seven-day return policy without reason. Once the customer confirms receipt of all drawings or source documents, refunds are not possible. However, negotiation or refunds may occur prior to confirmation of goods receipt.
Upon receiving the source document, customers are advised to keep it secure. Our company is not responsible for retaining the document. Each project reflects the designers' dedication, often involving late nights and extensive effort. We appreciate your understanding!
