1. Design cost
Design fees are subject to variation based on the distinct needs and complexity of each project. We promise to deliver a reasonable quotation tailored to your requirements, although the preliminary product price may differ from the final project quote.
2. Design content
Before embarking on the design journey, it's crucial to communicate and confirm the content that needs designing. Once design work commences, changes are not allowed. Should modifications be necessary during the process, please coordinate with customer service to adjust the fees accordingly. Ensure you provide accurate, design-related materials to avoid errors, as corrections due to incorrect or incomplete information are not complimentary.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, review it thoroughly. Once finalized, the designer's obligation to amend ceases. However, we offer complimentary fine-tuning within one month, depending on the complexity. More intricate modifications will entail an additional charge.
4. Design refund
Due to the customized nature of design works, a seven-day no-reason return is not applicable. Customers can negotiate or request a refund before confirming receipt of all drawings or source documents. Once confirmed, refunds are not issued.
