Please ensure that you communicate the required design content before we commence work. Any changes in the design content mid-process must be negotiated through our customer service, which may involve additional fees. Accurate design-related materials must be provided, as we are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Design Adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, please review it meticulously. Post-final submission, the designer is not obligated to modify or redesign the plan. However, minor adjustments can be made for free within a month, depending on the complexity. Significant modifications will incur additional charges.
4. Design Refund
Our design services are customized, thus we do not support returns without reason within seven days. Refunds are not entertained once the drawings or source documents are confirmed received. Negotiations or refunds can be considered before confirming the receipt of goods.
