1. Design cost
Design fees vary significantly based on the unique circumstances and requirements of each project, as well as the complexity of the design. We are committed to providing a reasonable quotation tailored to your requirements. Please note that the product price may differ from the actual project quotation.
2. Design content
Before beginning the design process, please ensure that all design requirements are communicated clearly, as project modifications are not permitted once design work commences. Should you need to alter the design, please contact customer service to discuss potential fee adjustments. Accurate, complete design-related information must be provided, as any errors arising from inadequate information will not be corrected without charge.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, clients are urged to review it meticulously. Following the submission of the final design, the designer is not obligated to modify or redesign the project. However, minor adjustments can be made free of charge within a month, depending on complexity. More challenging modifications will incur additional fees.
4. Design refund
As all design works are bespoke services, they are exempt from the seven-day return policy. Refunds are not granted post-confirmation of receipt of all drawings or source documents. Negotiations and refunds are possible prior to this confirmation.
It is imperative that clients securely store the source document upon receipt, as our company holds no obligation to retain it. Each project represents the designer's dedication and effort, often involving long hours and hard work. We appreciate your understanding!
