Ensure to communicate all design content before the commencement of the project. Post-design changes are not allowed unless negotiated with customer service, which might incur additional fees. 3. Design Adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, please review it meticulously. Post-finalization, the designer is not obliged to make modifications. Minor adjustments within one month are free, depending on the difficulty, while more complex changes may incur a fee.
4. Design Refund
Custom design services do not qualify for a seven-day return policy. Refunds are not accepted after confirmation of receipt of all drawings or source documents. Negotiation or refunds can occur before the goods' receipt confirmation.
