Design fees are tailored to the unique demands and complexity of each project. We offer personalized quotations based on your specific requirements. Please note, the product's listed price may differ from the final project-specific quotation.
2. Design content
It is essential to discuss and finalize the design content prior to project commencement. Changes post-commencement require consultation with customer service to adjust fees accordingly. Please ensure that all design-related information is accurate and complete, as errors resulting from incorrect information will not be corrected free of charge.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receipt of the design plan, kindly review and finalize. Post-submission, designers are not obligated to make changes or redesigns, however, minor refinements may be requested complimentary within one month, depending on complexity. Fees apply for significant modifications.
4. Design refund
Due to the customized nature of design work, a seven-day return policy is not applicable. Refunds are not accepted once all drawings or documents are confirmed received, though negotiations prior to confirmation are possible.
Customers are advised to carefully store the source documents upon receipt, as our company does not retain copies. Each project reflects the designer's dedication and hard work, often involving late nights and overtime. Your understanding is appreciated!
