1. Design cost
Design fees vary significantly based on the unique circumstances and requirements of each project, as well as the complexity of the design. 2. Design content
Before initiating the design process, please clearly communicate all the aspects that need to be designed. Once the design process begins, no alterations can be made. Should you require changes during the design phase, please reach out to customer service for fee negotiation. Accurate design materials are essential, as any errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information will not be eligible for free rectification.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, please review it meticulously. After the final design submission, no further obligation exists for modifications or redesigns, although minor adjustments can be made free of charge within one month based on difficulty. Note that more complex modifications will incur additional fees.
4. Design refund
Since design works are customized services, they do not qualify for a seven-day unconditional return. No refunds will be entertained after the confirmation and receipt of all drawings or source documents. However, negotiations or refunds can be pursued before confirming receipt.
