1. Design cost
When it comes to design fees, each project's unique circumstances and requirements lead to varying degrees of complexity, reflecting in the fee structure. Rest assured, we will provide a fair and reasonable quotation tailored to your specific requirements. The product price may differ from the ultimate project quotation.
2. Design content
It is imperative to communicate all design requirements clearly before beginning the project. Once design work begins, changes are not permissible. Should there be a need to alter the design during the process, contact our customer service to discuss associated fees. Ensure all design-related information is accurate, as incorrect or incomplete data will not warrant free corrections.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design, please review and finalize it meticulously. Post submission of the final design, modifications and redesigns are not obligatory for the designer. However, for a month following submission, we offer free minor adjustments based on complexity. Charges apply for more extensive changes.
4. Design refund
Customized design services do not support a seven-day no-reason return policy. Refunds are not possible once the client confirms receipt of all drawings or source documents, but can be negotiated prior to confirmation of goods receipt.
Upon receipt of the source document, we urge clients to safeguard it diligently. Our company bears no responsibility for document retention. Each creation embodies the dedication and late-night efforts of our designers, whose hard work we sincerely ask you to appreciate!
