2. Design content
Before starting the design, please ensure all necessary content is communicated. Changes to the design post-commencement require contacting customer service to negotiate fees. Accurate, complete design-related materials are essential, as errors from incorrect or incomplete information will not qualify for free corrections.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, carefully review and finalize it. Post-final submission, the designer is not obligated to modify or redesign; however, minor adjustments are free within one month, depending on the difficulty. Certain complex modifications may incur additional fees.
4. Design refund
Customized design works do not support a seven-day return policy. Refunds are not accepted post-receipt confirmation of all drawings or source documents. Refunds or negotiations are possible before confirming receipt.
