Design fees are as unique as the projects themselves, varying with the individual situational needs and complexity of each design. We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable quotation tailored to your specific requirements. Please note, the final product pricing may differ from the initial project quotation.
2. Design content
Communication is key: ensure all design requirements are discussed prior to commencing. Once the design process begins, changes cannot be made. Should there be a need to alter the design contents, please promptly reach out to our customer service for fee adjustment negotiations. Precise and thorough design-related materials are crucial, as errors due to incorrect or incomplete information will not be eligible for free correction.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receiving the design plan, carefully review and confirm the finalization. Post-submission, our designers are not obligated to modify or redesign, but offer complimentary fine-tuning within one month based on complexity. Complex modifications will incur a fee.
4. Design refund
Due to the customized nature of design works, a seven-day no-reason return policy is unsupported. Refunds are not accepted after confirmation of receipt of all drawings or source documents, although negotiation for refunds is possible before this confirmation.
After receiving the source documents, customers are urged to safeguard them diligently. Our company holds no obligation to retain these documents. Each creation reflects the designer's hard work and dedication, often requiring late nights and overtime, deserving of your understanding.
