1. Design cost
Regarding design fees, project specifics and design complexity vary greatly, resulting in differing costs. We pledge to offer a fair quotation tailored to your requirements. The quoted price may not align with the actual project quotation.
2. Design content
Ensure comprehensive communication regarding required design elements before project initiation. Post-commencement changes are not permissible unless fees are renegotiated with customer service. Please provide accurate design materials, as inaccuracies will not qualify for free corrections.
3. Design adjustment
Upon receipt of the design plan, carefully finalize the details. Post-submission, redesign responsibilities cease, though minor adjustments are free within one month, subject to difficulty. Complex modifications may incur additional fees.
4. Design refund
Because design works are bespoke services, they are exempt from a seven-day no-reason return policy. Refunds are negotiable prior to the confirmation of receipt, but once all drawings or documents are confirmed, refunds are not accepted.
